Excerpt from El Morya’s Christmas Letter 1973
Now as the fulfillment of the years of Mary, Jesus, and Joseph is recorded in the annals of the Brotherhood as the victory of the Piscean Age, we behold in the conclusion of that age the coming of the promised Comforter. For in the comfort of the true teachings of the Law, man finds the key to individual fulfillment that is the ascension in the Light. Each time the Christ descends into form, into Mater, the golden Light of illumination expands, and hope for salvation is quickened within each human heart. But each time the Christ ascends into formless Spirit, the promised Comforter descends as paraclete, as cloven tongues of fire, and as the sacred ritual of the Law that propels all mankind higher and higher in the spirals of preordained obedience, of heavenly acclaimed allegiance, of unity with the company of the saints, and of holy joy in the rapture of communion.
You live in an age when all Life quivers with the sacred breath of Holy Spirit, when God is revealing Himself to man through untold love, through energies that charge and hallow the body temples of millions of souls as the dwelling place of the Most High God. Let then your celebrations of the Christ mass be as the heralding of the infilling, indwelling Presence who comes with Mother and Son and with Father to complete the fourfold nature of man as the handiwork of God. With all thy getting, get thee understanding of the Holy Spirit. With all thy praying, pray thee for the redemption of the Holy Spirit. And with all thy invocations, invoke thee His Spirit Most Holy.
And I speak to the hundred forty and four thousand who have the name of the Father, the I AM name, written in their foreheads. And I speak to those who desire to have that name written in their foreheads by the power of the spoken Word:
Let the fiats of the Light go forth from you and proclaim by that name:
I AM the Light of the world
I AM the Resurrection and the Life
I AM the glory of the Son of God
I AM the reign of the Church Universal and Triumphant
I AM the New Jerusalem coming down from God out of
heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband
I AM the Consciousness of the Cosmic Virgin
I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending
I AM the Woman clothed with the Sun,
and the moon under her feet
and upon her head a crown of twelve stars
I AM the deliverance of the Divine Manchild in this age
I AM the prevailing power of Archangel Michael
over the dragon who was wroth with the Woman
I AM salvation and strength
And I AM the Kingdom of our God and the Power of his Christ
I AM the Victory of the Word of God in this age
I AM heralding the birth of the King of kings and Lord of lords
I AM the Word of God, I AM the Word of God,
I AM the Word of God incarnate
And I AM the Victory over hell and death
I AM the angel of the Lord that bindeth
the beast and the false prophet, the Devil and Satan
for a thousand years in the bottomless pit
I AM that I AM
I AM that Christ that casteth down the accuser of our brethren
which accused them before our God day and night
I AM the overcoming by the blood of the LambI AM the overcoming by the word of their testimony
I AM the love of them that loved not their lives unto the death
I AM the rejoicing in the heavens,
and I AM the rejoicing in the earth
And I AM the Seed of Christ which is the overcoming Victory
of the saints which keep the commandments of God
and have the testimony of Jesus Christ
I AM the crystal-clear water that flows from the River of Life
I AM the Tree of Life bearing twelve manner of fruits
I AM the leaves of the tree that are for the healing
of the nations
I AM the Spirit of Truth which testifieth the revelation
of Almighty God
Surely I AM come, surely I AM come
And I come quickly in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
As Kuthumi, Djwal Kul, and I make our way to the place prepared in your heart for the coming of the three Kings, the two Prophets, and the Christed One, so we pronounce to you the victory of the Light in the new year! By these affirmations, by these declarations of the Word of God, this which you declare within the sanctuary of Being as first cause becomes effect throughout the Body of God upon earth. So is the victory won by the righteousness of the saints, by the right use of the Law and of the true name of God, I AM THAT I AM, who declares “I AM WHO I AM.” Thus in imitation of Christ, in imitation of God the Father, God the Mother, God the Holy Spirit, you can and shall declare the ineffable power of the spoken Word which means simply, God in man is the Light of Cosmic Consciousness.
Yours for the victory of the Law in the inward parts of a planet and its people, I remain a mentor of the Spirit,

This letter was subsequently published in the 1975 Pearls of Wisdom hardbound volume, which was published in 1979.
These fiats are published in the decree book as decree 60.07, “Thirty-Three Fiats of the Light,” by El Morya. We include them in this Christmas letter and encourage you to give them throughout this season into the New Year as a boost of Light to help El Morya.
The Ascended Masters El Morya, Kuthumi, and Djwal Kul were embodied as the Three Wise Men. El Morya (Melchior) brought to the Christ Child the gift of gold, Kuthumi (Balthazar) the gift of frankincense, and Djwal Kul (Caspar) the gift of myrrh. Bearing the Light of the Trinity, they charted the time and place of Jesus’ birth by astrology and the magnet of the heart: “We have seen his star in the East and are come to worship him.”
