Saint Germain is the Chohan of the seventh ray and God of Freedom for the earth during the coming cycle of 2000 years. During each cycle of 2000 years, one of the Chohans of the rays is the authority for the earth, as each period falls under one of the rays. The Chohan in question then wears the crown of authority for that period. Jesus, on the sixth ray, has held this position for the last 2,000 years. On May 1, 1954, Saint Germain was crowned as the leader, on the seventh ray, for the coming 2000-year cycle.
The name Saint Germain simply means "Holy Brother"-from the Latin, "Sanctus Germanus. His twin soul is Portia, Goddess of Justice. Together they give to God's people the dispensation for the seventh age and the seventh ray - the violet ray of freedom, justice, mercy, alchemy and sacred ritual - a new wave of life, a new civilization, a new energy. As Chohan, as Lord, of the seventh ray, Saint Germain initiates our souls into the science and ritual of transmutation through the violet flame. He is the seventh angel prophesied about in Revelation 10:7 who comes to sponsor the ending of the mystery of God, "as He has proclaimed to His servants, the prophets." He is also the sponsor of the United States of America, affectionately referred to as "Uncle Sam.
Saint Germain says: "I am an ascended being, but I have not always been. Not during one or two but during many incarnations I have walked the earth as you do now, limited by a mortal shell and the confines of three-dimensional life. I have been on Lemuria and Atlantis. I have seen civilizations rise and fall. I have seen the undulations of consciousness as humanity oscillated back and forth between golden ages and primitive civilizations. I have seen the choices, and observed how humanity, through wrong choices, squandered the energies of 100,000 years of scientific progress and even degrees of cosmic consciousness beyond that achieved by members of the most advanced contemporary religions.
Yes, I have seen the choices, and I have chosen. By the right choices, men and women bring about their position in the hierarchy. By choosing to be free in the magnificent will of God, I have gained my freedom from the deadly round of incarnations of an existence outside the One. I have gained my freedom through that flame, that keynote of the Aquarian Age found by alchemists in ancient times, that purple elixir possessed by the Saints.
You are mortal, I am immortal. The only difference between us is that I have chosen to be free - and you have yet to make that choice. We have the same potential, the same resources, the same connection to the One. I have used mine to forge a God-identity. For long ago the small and gentle inner voice spoke the fiat of Alpha and Omega and the living God: "Children of the One, forge your God-identity." In the stillness of the night I heard the call and I answered "I will" And when I said " I will," the whole cosmos echoed "I will. The will to be evokes the vastness of the potential of existence.
I am Saint Germain and I have come to claim your soul and the fires of your heart for the victory of the Age of Aquarius. I have set the pattern for the initiation of your soul. I am on the path of freedom. Take that path, and you will find me there. I am your teacher if you will have me.
