The purpose of meditation is that God above can manifest in man - as above, as below. This is the highest that God can transmit to man before everyone can open the portal of reality and self-awareness. Meditation also involves visualization. Visualization of a reality that does not exist anywhere in the cosmos is not possible. In other words, everything we possibly meditate on exists!
Some already feel in their hearts that they are a light bearer, or a carrier of light. Meditating that you are a being of light is not meant to float or become spiritualistic, but to draw God into manifestation within you. On the contrary, when the focus is placed on the smallest building blocks of life, the atoms and electrons (God's building blocks that penetrate the three-dimensional world), the realization soon follows that we are radiant extensions of God's light. When we make the visualization that we are a light bearer, we actually affirm, " God in me is Light."
Meditation is therefore a wonderful means of effectively qualifying the energies received daily in life correctly. Meditate on the fact that the Higher Image, you as Higher Self, surrounds you and that you can literally become that Image so that the beauty of the Divine in you can come into manifestation.
Meditating on the violet flame is a powerful method. When you visualize that you are a being of violet fire, you attract the spiritual energy of the violet flame accordingly. In doing so, make use of powerful violet fire mantras.
