Make a difference! Anything is possible. - Ladies and gentlemen, in my retreat stay in Viti Levu I am concerned with every aspect of the earth body - the planes of the earth, the seas and the depths of the deep. I am concerned with the balance of forces in the earth, from the middle to the upper atmosphere.
The music you have heard and other compositions by Mahler have to do with earth changes and keeping great planetary upheaval at bay. You would do well to play tapes of this music continuously on autoreverse tape recorders. Music has saved the planet in the past. Still, music must be used judiciously.
There is deep unrest on earth. And elemental life is burdened by the weight of planetary effluvia, as you have often been told. We then look at your efforts to mitigate world karma. We look at Earth's timetable. We look at the judgments passed by Almighty God. And we recognize the work of many on Earth who are working day and night to promote the upliftment of humanity - whether by saving the children, the youth, the schools, the nations, the governments and the economies, whether by healing all kinds of diseases, or whether by working to transmute the karma delivered by the Four Horsemen in the form of the calamities that have been prophesied and are occurring day by day.
All over the world there are points of light, brilliant auras in the midst of crowds of people who have little or no auras or who are dressed entirely in blackness. I say it is essential that you reach these souls - if not personally, then through a lifeline from your heart.
You know that the seven years that will follow from April 23 will bring us to the end of the Piscean Age and to the end of the descent of a great, great karma - 25,800 years of karma, to be exact. However, if the karma of the last 25,800 years is not balanced by April 23, 2002, it will pass into the Aquarian Age and mar the beginning of it.
The dynamic, enthusiastic and sincere violet flame decrees you give purify much, especially since you have been constant in giving 144 Astreas three times a week. Your decrees to Elohim Astrea purify the planet and allow the violet flame to penetrate deeper and deeper into the heart of the earth and into people's psyche on subconscious and unconscious levels.
There is indeed a madness in the mentality of many on earth. And this madness comes not only from pride, but also from deadly viruses that infect people's brains and minds. Some who control governments and nations are simply ranting maniacs. And that is why there is war and hunger. And there is the exoneration of those who long ago should have been behind bars or put to death - those who committed or allowed the slaughter of the helpless in Bosnia, Rwanda, Chechnya and in the labor camps of China.
Therefore, the future of the planet depends not only on the weather, the elementals, the violet flame or the action of Astrea, but also on whether or not you can at least create a balance between the forces of Light and Darkness and then gain the upper hand and push on to victory.
I am one who is an all-seeing eye for Surya. And I constantly move up and down the earth with my legions. The legions that serve under me include salamanders, gnomes, air spirits and water nymphs. They also include powerful angels who have a great ability to hold the balance of Light. Many of them come from other systems of worlds. Yes, legions of angels and elementals are coming together today on planet Earth to change what seems to be a hopeless situation in many areas.
Therefore, we call upon you to give the "Count-to-Nine Decree" on behalf of yourself, your loved ones and the entire human race. For that "Count-to-Nine Decree," which I dictated to your messenger Mark Prophet, enables you to maintain your harmony and govern your energies according to the rhythm of the three times-three, the power of the nine. I repeat: you can invoke this action not only for yourself and your families, but for all people on Earth.
At this moment on earth, with the end of this conference, a mighty action of change begins. This action of change, beloved ones, may be experienced as upheaval, as earthquake, as storm, as fire. But this change must come. And if you will diligently give your Astrea-decrees and your violet flame-decrees over the next forty days, and especially your rituals of exorcism for binding the sentinel-on-the-threshold of the worst of the evildoers on the earth, such that they may be powerless to move against the Light or the light-bearers, you will see that this change can come without great disasters.
Do not think that the economies of nations will not be affected further. They will be affected. And therefore, beloved ones, it is good to make calls for balance in the economy and the protection of the provision of the light bearers.
Today I have brought twenty-four ascended masters who are masters of earth science. They know everything there is to know about earth changes - whether it is polar shifts, volcanoes, floods or the rising and falling of land masses or islands. All of this is under their control. In my retreat stay at Viti Levu, these masters lead the Earth Science Department. The members of this department watch over the smallest changes in the earth's energies.
You can call upon these twenty-four scientists who oversee this work in my retreat residence, and they can transmit information directly into your heart and mind that you might not otherwise have had. I have not previously made these scientists accessible to the members of this organization, although they have eclipsed the greatest scientists on earth who are aware of and measure earth changes
