Strategy of darkness
Get the light bearers to make karma with each other. This is a subtle variation of the divide-and-conquer tactic. The forces of darkness try to get two people to make karma with each other. The fallen one provokes the battle between them by working from both sides, perhaps by causing one to hear gossip about the other. The fallen one disappears from the scene as they fight. The two eliminate each other, so the Fallen One does not have to fight with either of them.
From the point of view of the dark figures, this is a very successful strategy because it not only keeps the individuals in question out of the game for this round, but it also has implications for future rounds. This strategy of pitting brother against brother can keep them karmically bound together for successive lifetimes.
Strategy of light
Don't fall for it. Observe yourself, and pay attention to what is happening in your world. If you find yourself being pulled into these patterns, withdraw your energy, take an objective look at the situation, and strike out in a new direction. If you have a problem with a brother or sister on the Path, try to resolve it - don't let it simmer and grow. Sometimes it is good to approach them directly in a spirit of love, and a desire to resolve misunderstandings. At other times, you will only be able to place the situation in the flame and move on. Be especially wary of believing negative reports about other people that you cannot verify. These may become seeds of discord, planted by the enemy in your own consciousness. Assume good will, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
Strategy of Darkness
Karma dodging: The fallen are experts at avoiding their karma. They avoid their karma or have others carry their karma for them. There are many variations on this theme. They may have you or someone else handle a situation that they should handle. They may leave you with the bill somehow: perhaps literally, that you have to pull out your wallet, or perhaps by draining your energy. They are making you do their job. Just when you are about to confront them with the situation, they are suddenly out of town or simply absent themselves from the meeting where the situation will be addressed. Often they cry and plead and manage to put themselves out of harm's way by using the trick of pity. The messenger teaches:
The Sadducees, the Pharisees, the scribes, the law scholars are karma dodgers. They evade their karma. By milking people of light, they put on an aura of piety and holiness around themselves. They draw up a protection around them that is not the protection of God, but the energy they have stolen from the people. Just look at the huge empires built up by the capitalists who abuse our system with their monopolies and manipulations. Their protection is the people's money. They use people's energy, as money, to protect themselves from the threat of their own karma. Other people do this with energy, still others do this by setting up a cult of personality. The Messenger gives us a clear example of karma evasion by Caiaphas, who engineered the death of Jesus while getting the people to voluntarily bear the karma for that act:
Caiaphas says, "It is recommended that one man die for the people. But what happens? They manipulate the whole thing ... Just the magnetism of these blackmages! They knew exactly what they were doing! They managed to justify the death of Jesus Christ in the eyes of the people, and the people exclaimed: "His blood come upon us, and upon our children," meaning, "Let the karma for this deed come upon us and our children. We want him dead so badly that we take full responsibility for his death.' That was an act of karma-avoiding Caiaphas and all the rabbis.
So, they make sure the common people take responsibility. They convince them that something needs to be done, and then they get them to vote for it.
Strategy of light
Set your boundaries lovingly, and don't get caught up in sympathy. Be objective. You must be very clear about what is your duty and what is not. Set your boundaries lovingly in your work and in your personal life. Be very careful not to get caught up in sympathy. Make the calls that there is no karma avoidance, that the fallen ones are not able to avoid their karma. Be willing to face issues lovingly and in openness, and also draw a line where necessary.
Don't be a karma avoider yourself. Take responsibility for your own karma and your own decisions and choices in life. The fallen ones do not take accountability. But the sons and daughters of God take accountability for their decisions and actions, their thoughts and feelings, their words and deeds.
