The fire element

The fourth group of nature spirits work with the fire element, and they are called the salamanders. Their work is crucial, for they serve at the level of the atoms of all organic and inorganic life, infusing the molecules of matter with the spiritual fires of creation. The robes of the salamanders look like pulsating rainbow fires emitting the full spectrum of rainbow rays. These fiery nature spirits are tall, majestic creatures. In fact, they are the largest, most powerful elementals of all. We can imagine their size, considering how a great, towering fire can rage through a forest.

The salamanders permeate all of creation with the energies of Spirit necessary to sustain life on earth. Whether it is electricity, fire spark or a candle flame, the salamanders are tools for transmitting the fires of the subtle world for everyday human use. Without the spark of life maintained by the salamanders, life and matter begins to decay, decay and disintegrate. The burdens on the salamanders range from the weight of human hatred to irresponsible use of nuclear energy.
