Returning

The buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. And within 14 days thereafter to return the product. The buyer will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from home to the store are at your own expense. If use is made of this right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Amethyst Press will then refund the order amount due within 30 days of receiving the item provided the product has been received back in good order.

Return exceptions
Notice: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products:

whose seal has been broken. These products are not returnable.
Whose opinion on form and content is clearly of a personal nature
the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the market over which Amethyst Press has no influence;
For audio and video recordings for which the consumer has broken the seal.
