Beloved hearts, how shall we begin? How do we begin to maintain that God mastery that allows the rhythm of God to balance before the occurrence of human reaction - fear or anger or wavering?
Beloved hearts, the components can be found in the dictations, the decree book, the teachings of the Guardians of the Flame. But, as always, the more extensive the compendium of knowledge, the greater the need for the teacher to organize everything. That is why I refer to the Count-to-Nine 3) decree.
The "Count-to-Nine," given with the full fire of your heart, allows you to regain the leadership of your auric force field, which has been infringed upon, which has been pressured, which has been penetrated and invaded.
Therefore, understand that sometimes when you suddenly feel a disturbance - you get knocked out, you get a shock or a sudden reaction to someone else's unjust actions - one of the causes is that you temporarily lose your balance, that the normal flow of the aura has become disturbed, as if you suddenly stirred up the water.
Well, your aura is your sanctuary and is the holiness of your God flame. So before meeting the demands of the human mind - asking, praying for favors, or whatever - restore yourself. Speak quietly, gently and slowly. For in this way you will not be affected by the anger, vehemence, and upset of anyone near you.
You speak as I do now: from the heart - from the seat of the heart, the point of the Buddha. You speak hard enough, in the sense of being strong and determined, such that your breathing and your voice do not fall away like a violet withering through fear. You speak strongly, firmly, peacefully and powerfully enough so that God can use your voice to calm your own aura and someone else's agitation or fear or agitation.
Be the calm presence in a vortex of misery and activity, beloved hearts, and learn the way of power, the immeasurable power of peace itself. So you, beloved ones, should know the "Count-to-Nine" decree by heart. You should realize, that in a situation of confusion it is necessary to take a few deep breaths. For in fear, the heart begins to beat faster and one begins to become short of breath, which reinforces the lack of control.
You take a deep breath, you exhale, you go into your heart, and you don't immediately answer yes or no - no immediate reactions or solutions - but you silently turn inward. There are many ways you can do this. For example, if someone is seething like a rabid dog, you can say, "Wait a minute, please. I'll be right back."
You see, beloved ones, the tests follow each other surely and quickly. We want you to experience the feeling of mastery, of dominion, the tremendous pleasure of having finished a day and dealt with that power, that driving force of irritation, and having overcome and transcended every weakness of the senses directed against your heart.
They would want to steal your life. They would want to take away the flow of love between us. They would want to break the bond by any kind of anger or violence. They would want to steal your sense of dignity, your sense of the mantle of being the disciple of Sanat Kumara. When they succeed in destroying your dignity and you begin to feel like a moth, you too will become one. And until you regain your self-identity, I must pause and wait again, asking myself how long you will flutter around the lamp of these serpents who have lured you for a moment into their auras.
Thus, beloved hearts, the soft answer dispels wrath. If someone speaks to you in a loud and shrill voice, adjust your tone and answer with God control. Answer with helpfulness. Try to solve the problem. Try to show the best side of everything. Give first aid when needed. Keep your wits about you. Do not step into the maelstrom of someone's fears or you will become confused.
Remember that anything that tries to get you out of the seat of the Buddha into the secret chamber of the heart should be designated as the enemy - not necessarily the person, because it is often a beloved person, but the force, trying to take advantage of that person. Thus the challenge lies in freeing that person as well as yourself at that moment from the human nonsense.
