I AM Presence
On the right you see the diagram of your Divine Self. You have a unique spiritual destiny. One of the keys to fulfilling this is understanding your divine nature and your relationship with God. To help you understand this relationship, the ascended masters designed the diagram of your Divine Self, which they also call the Tree of Life. The diagram is a portrait of yourself and the God within you and above you; a schematic representation of yourself - in the past, present and future.
I-Presence and the Causal Body
On the diagram of your Divine Self are three figures corresponding to the Three Persons of the Trinity and the Divine Mother. The upper figure corresponds to the Father (who is one with the Mother) and represents your I AM Presence. Below that is depicted the Son or the Holy Christ-Self and the Holy Spirit in the form of the dove descending into Him. The I AM Presence is the Presence of God personified for each of us. It is your personal I AM WHO I AM, the name of God as revealed to Moses on Mount Sinai. Your I AM Presence is surrounded by seven concentric spheres in the colors of the rainbow, which make up your Causal Body (Causal Body). The spheres of your Causal Body are the repository of all that is real and permanent in yourself. They contain the records of good deeds you have done to the glory of God and to the blessing of humanity in the course of your many incarnations on earth.
No two Causal Bodies are exactly the same, as their radiant spheres reflect the soul's unique spiritual achievements. The specific qualities you have developed in previous lives determine the gifts and talents You will be born in subsequent lives. These talents are sealed in the Causal Body and are made available to you by your Higher Self.
Holy Christ-Self
Your Higher Self, or Sacred Christ-Self, is depicted as the middle figure in the diagram of your Divine Self. Your Sacred Christ-Self is your inner teacher, protector and best friend. He is also the voice of your conscience that speaks into your heart and soul. He distinguishes between good and evil within you, and teaches you the difference between truth and falsehood. Just above the head of the Holy Christ-Self, you see the dove of the Holy Spirit, descending in the blessing of the Father-Mother-God.
The stream of white light descending from the I AM Presence through the Holy Christ-Self to the lower figure in the image is the crystal cord. It is referred to in Ecclesiastes as the silver cord (Ecclesiastes 12:6). Through this "umbilical cord" flows down a waterfall of God's light, life and consciousness. This stream of life gives you the power to think, feel, reason, experience life and grow spiritually.
Descending further down the crystal cord you encounter the Divine Spark and your four lower Bodies. The energy from your crystal cord feeds and sustains the flame of God hidden in the secret chamber of the heart. This flame is called the triple flame or divine spark. It is literally a spark of holy fire from God's own heart residing within you . However, this spark is not perceptible because it is located on a cosmic interval.
The triple flame has three "plumes. These plumes embody the three main attributes of God and correspond to the Trinity. The fiery-white core from which the triple flame springs represents the Mother. If you visualize the triple flame inside you, notice the blue plume to your left. This embodies God's (all) power and corresponds to the Father. The yellow plume, in the middle, embodies God's wisdom and corresponds to the Son. The pink plume on your right, embodies God's love and corresponds to the Holy Spirit. By using the power, wisdom and love embedded in your triple flame, you can realize your reason for being.
The soul and four different bodies
The lower figure in the picture represents your soul. Your soul is enveloped in four different "bodies," called the four lower bodies:
- 1 the etheric body,
- 2 the mental body,
- 3 the emotional body and
- 4 the physical body.
These are the vehicles the soul uses during its earthly journey. Your etheric body, also called the memory body, contains the blueprint of your identity. It also contains the memory of everything that has ever occurred in your soul, and all the impulses you have ever transmitted through your soul since you were created.
-
- Etheric body
- Also called the shell of the soul, which is the blueprint of the divine plan and the image of Christcontains perfection to be expressed in the world of form.
- Mental body
- Your mental body is the vehicle of your cognitive abilities. When this is purified, it can become the vehicle of God's Spirit.
- Emotional body
- The desire body, also called the emotional body, contains your higher and lower desires and stores your emotions.
- Physical body
- Your physical body constitutes the miracle of flesh and blood that enables your soul to progress in the material universe.
The Holy Spirit
The lower figure in the Image corresponds to the Holy Spirit, because your soul and your four lower bodies are meant to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. This figure is surrounded by the violet flame - the transmuting violet fire of the Holy Spirit. You can invoke the violet flame daily to purify your four lower bodies and digest negative thoughts and feelings and negative karma.
Violet flame
Around the violet flame is the tube of light, which descends from your I AM Presence in response to your invocation. This is a cylinder of white light that maintains a force field of protection around you twenty-four hours a day, as long as you maintain harmony within yourself. Divine Mother concentrates her energy within us through the sacred fire of God, which rises like a fountain of light through our chakras. Chakras is a Sanskrit name for the spiritual centers in the etheric body. Each chakra regulates the flow of energy to a different part of the body. The seven main chakras lie along the spine, from the base of the spine to our crown.
The destiny of the soul
The soul is the living potential of God. The soul's evolution on earth aims to perfect itself under the tutelage of its Holy Christ-Self and return to God through union with its I AM Presence and the ritual of ascension. The soul may go through numerous incarnations before it is perfected and therefore worthy to be reunited with God.
What happens to the soul between incarnations? When the soul ends a life on earth, the I AM Presence withdraws the crystal cord. The triple flame returns to the heart of the Holy Christ-Self and the soul moves to the highest level of consciousness it has achieved in all its incarnations. If the soul deserves it, between incarnations, it is taught in the retreat quarters or spiritual dwelling places of the Ascended Masters in the heavenly world. There she studies with angels and masters of wisdom who have acquired mastery in the field in which they specialize.
Ascension
Ascension constitutes the culmination of all lives in which the soul has been of service to life. For the soul to achieve this final union with God, it must become one with its Sacred Christ-Self; it must have settled at least 51 percent of its karma (that is, paid its debt) and it must fulfill its mission on earth according to its divine plan. When your soul ascends to God, you become an Ascended Master (or Female Master), free from the cycle of karma and rebirth, and receive the crown of eternal life. A more detailed explanation of the image of YOUR GODSELF is given in the books Discover the power of your Higher Self and The art of practical spirituality.
