If you have not known it for a long time, as you follow the path of life, you will begin to discern the difference. Human sympathy is involved in self-pity and pity for others, but it is not love, nor is it compassion. Compassion heals because it elevates, because it has the power of the dove of the Holy Spirit.
The world is full of human sympathy. Soap operas are full of it. The sympathetic attractions of humans are like the sympathetic attractions of planetary bodies that are part of their individual astrology - pushing away and attracting the magnetism of sympathetic relationships between bodies. Sympathetic relationships are therefore fostered by people who reside primarily in a physical / astral consciousness. The vast majority of the world maintains its self-identity, its sense of security, through human sympathy and sympathetic relationships with humans.
When people do not know perfect love, they may suddenly stop loving you because you no longer manifest something they expect from you. They expect you to perform in a certain way to meet their needs, and when you don't, suddenly you no longer see their sympathetic and kind attitude. Instead, they get angry or go into self-pity. They cry, they wail, they express anger. They may become physically violent. They may decide that you are no longer their friend and evict you from their home or from their club.
It happens with a bang and you cannot even imagine to yourself how this can suddenly come over people. Well, it cannot come over people when they have perfect love, but it does come over people when the basis of a relationship is sympathy. Perfect love means that because we are born of God and we know God, we have the immediate ability to love one another in God.
Therefore, we can continue to love God in each other no matter what the outer person does. We can love the light that is the source of every living cell, even if the whole consciousness that uses that force field is no longer serving God. We cannot simply stop loving God.
God is the fire in the heart of the cell that forms the pews you sit on. You know, some people hate inanimate things. They don't like this, they don't like that or the next thing because they don't like the color, shape or design. You do not have to experience hatred in any form, because "he who does not love does not know God; for God is love. "
It is very simple. If you cannot love, then you have not known your Mighty I AM Presence. Once you know and have made contact with your Mighty I AM Presence, the fire of love is intense in its descent and descends as the Holy Spirit of the Father and the Son.
