Some of us are so weighed down by an inordinate sense of sin that the thought of it becomes the greatest sin of our lives, because in the presence of that sin, we do not dare to lift our heads, or address a mistake or the darkness, where we encounter it. We think that because we have made mistakes, we should not point out another's mistakes.
Mark Prophet tells how wrong such thinking is. He related how Morya had told him to come and become a messenger, and that he replied, 'I am not good enough or pure enough to be your messenger.' And Morya said, "If I wait until you are purified, we will lose the battle! So much for the master's estimate of the time it would take Mark to be purified.
Mark was aware of the work of Nicholas and Helena Roerich and that of Guy and Edna Ballard, messengers for the Brotherhood, and in his humility he felt he was not worthy to follow in their footsteps. The point at issue was that God in Mark was good enough!
The fallen ones denied that Jesus was good enough to be the Son of God. So they certainly won't think you are good enough. Jesus' answer to them was to quote David's Psalm, "I have said, Ye are gods, and ye are all children of the Most High.
Therefore, you must refute the lie that you are a sinner and can never overcome that. You must not accept that condemnation on any level of your being. Instead, give affirmations and decrees that declare that you are a son or daughter of God. Claim the mantle of your Christhood!
