The Elohim Arcturus and Victoria are the Elohim of the seventh Ray (the Violet Ray) of freedom, ritual, invocation or invocation, transmutation, transcendence or transcendence and grace, and the desire to renew all things through application of the laws of alchemy. The vibrations of the Violet Flame from their hearts initiate the rhythm of life and the application of law through service and reverence to that life. Elohim Arcturus uses the Purple Flame (purple blue) which implies the scientific application of the law and the transmuting essence of freedom, while Victoria emits the Violet Flame (with the color of an orchid). This Violet Fire represents the grace, forgiveness and charity of true freedom.
Dispensation
The services of the Elohim of the seventh Ray to this planet have increased greatly during the past century as a result of the dispensation (a special grace) given by the ascended master Saint Germain in the 1930s, which consisted of making known the teachings of the "I AM" (I AM WHO I AM): the name of God. Until then, this instruction was given only in the retreat rooms of the Brotherhood.
In 1933, the exhibition "The Century of Progress" opened in Chicago, and on that occasion Arcturus set in motion the Flame of Freedom to thereby assist North and South America. In those thirties, even more cosmic beings came from the "Region of Great Silence" (Nirvana) to assist Saint Germain in his enormous and many-encompassing task on behalf of Earth's evolutions. In recent years this assistance has been multiplied and empowered, and from the dispensations that have been granted in the meantime, it is clear that the 'Great White Brotherhood', the Ascended Masters and the cosmic beings have continually cooperated in this.
The retreat of Arcturus and Victoria
This retreat abode is located at the etheric level, near Luanda, Angola, in Africa. This abode is the focal point of the energies of the earth's chakra "Seat of the Soul. It takes the form of a huge fortress composed of purple-colored rock. Anchored within it are the personal fires of Arcturus and Victoria: the purple of Arcturus on the left and the violet-and-pink of Victoria on the right.... These fires are dedicated to the freedom of all humanity, which can result from the alchemical action of the flames; the grace of the Great (Cosmic) Law and the love of the Father/Mother God.
Legions of violet, pink and purple-colored angels serve from this abode and are also assisted in this by the elementals.
