Cyclopea and Virginia are the Elohim of the fifth Ray, the Green Ray of truth, faithfulness, sincerity, healing, steadfastness and the desire to precipitate God's abundance through the Mother's pure vision. As they focus on the All-Seeing Eye of God and of precipitation without ulterior motives, these twin souls assist humanity and elemental life forms to realize the abundance of God's spirit on earth.
The apostle James (James 1:8) spoke of "an inwardly divided man, unsteady in all his ways. Cyclopea and Virginia focus on the purity of "the vision of the single eye," which was lost when man ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Through the focal point of the All-Seeing Eye of God in the forehead chakra (the Third Eye chakra) of a human being, they transmit the truth of the original divine plan through a single green flame radiating the seven colors of the Elohim. This is the center of purity that enables a person to become the symbol of his winged victory and his return to wholeness through the spiral caduceus (winged serpent) - when it rises and is planted in the forehead.
Among the twelve hierarchies, Cyclopea occupies the place on the ten-hour line of the "Cosmic Clock" for the sake of the evolutions of this solar system. He represents the hierarchy of Scorpio and teaches how to properly use the creative energies. As a member of the "Karmic Council," Cyclopea represents the fourth ray of purity. (The Karmic Council consists of a group of masters who dispense justice in this system of worlds and decide karma, mercy and judgment for each stream of life. All souls must appear before the Karmic Council both before and after each incarnation on earth).
Cyclopea is also known as the Elohim of music. Broadcasting music in the spheres to the evolutions entrusted to its care, it acts on speech, hearing and sight. Cyclopea and Virginia represent innocence. During the conclaves held every six months at the Royal Teton retreat, Cyclopea sends fiery blue orbs into the earth's atmosphere. This is done (through the focus) of the All-Seeing Eye at the northern end of the retreat. These orbs with their rays of light charge the earth with the workings of God's will and the original purity of the divine conception of every man, woman and child on the planet.
The action of the blue weatherlight cuts through the heavy layers and clears the way for the crystal flame of purity and of the green flame, which like healing mantras from the heart of Cyclopea and Virginia purify the four lower bodies of the lives they care for. Cyclopea's aura is green like the reflection in the crystal prism of Christ consciousness. Virginia's aura is green with a white nuance. The retreat residence of these Elohim is the focal point of the energies of the Third Eye chakra of this planet. It is located high above the Altai Mountains where the borders of China, Siberia and Mongolia meet: near Tabun Bogdo. The entire retreat is on an ethereal level, though congruent with the mountains.
It has the color of dark green jade. In the interior of the magnificent temple is the focal point of the emerald ray with the All-Seeing Eye in a triangle. There is also a golden hall, the hall of precipitation, where the green-gold flame burns. Here the masters meet to discuss the earth's destiny and to make higher spiritual science known to humanity.
