El Morya is the Chohan of the First ray, the blue ray of power, good will and faith. He explains the characteristics of the blue ray, namely: leadership, proper use of power and speech, and absolute surrender to God's will.
He can help all students who wish to realize these virtues; who wish to gain mastery over the throat chakra and who wish to receive from the Holy Spirit the gifts of the "Word of Wisdom" and confidence in the divine will. El Morya is known as the master who collaborated with Master Kuthumi in the 19th century to establish the Theosophical Movement and spread the knowledge of higher truths to a wider audience. After his ascension, toward the end of the 19th century, he continued to work toward this same goal, primarily through Nicholas and Helena Roerich. This was in the early 20th century.Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet
Beginning in the 1950s, he also worked through The Summit Lighthouse with Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet. Some of El Morya's most important teachings relate to the Will of God, the divine will that is also inherent in our inner being. He explains that if we adapt to and accept this will, we will gradually be reunited with our own Higher Self. If we follow that holy will, it will also lead to the manifestation of the soul's inner blueprint and the fulfillment of our unique mission or assignment in this life. El Morya and the masters who work on the blue ray always teach us that if the student's will is in accordance with God's will, he will always succeed in this. El Morya's etheric retreat residence is located above Darjeeling in India. You can read more about it in the English-language book "The Masters and Their Retreats. Incarnations
El Morya is head of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood. This master's extraordinary devotion to God's Word and Work flowed powerfully through all his incarnations on earth. He was known as reliable and loyal in the role of advocate and teacher and is an example to us all. El Morya was incarnated as Abraham who descended from Ur and the people of the Chaldeans. He became the prototype and progenitor of the 12 tribes of Israel. Returned as Melchior, one of the three wise men from the East, he followed the star that indicated the birth of the best of his descendants; the one who would fulfill all the promises of God to his spiritual descendants. As Arthur, King of the Britons, he instructed the Knights of the Round Table and the noblewomen of the Court of Camelot, to search for the Holy Grail and find through initiations the hidden mysteries of Christ. Re-published in Britain as Thomas Becket and if Thomas More - both martyrs - he twice played the role of defender of the faith as an opponent of King Henry who was also twice born Henry II and VIII and both times acted as an oppressor. In the 16th century, the journey of his soul took him to the East in the person of Akbar, the greatest of the Mogul emperors. And in the 19th century to Ireland to become the laurel-winning poet Thomas Moore. He then appeared as El Morya Khan, probably the most famous Tibetan Mahatma. Contrastingly, little biographical information of a traditional nature is available about El Morya Khan. It is known that he was born a Rajput prince into the Indian caste of warriors and rulers honored for their courage and honor. His date of birth is not exactly known.
Theosophical Movement
What makes El Morya's life so significant is his far-reaching work to merge the ancient spiritual truths of the East with Western traditions. This was accomplished largely through the founding of the Theosophical Movement in the 2nd half of the nineteenth century and the subsequent instructions given through that organization by Master El Morya and his old friend, Master Koothumi Lal Singh were passed on. These instructions came partly in the form of personal letters addressed only to a handful of theosophical disciples, chelas of the "Mahatma of the Himavat. These letters are now kept in the British Museum in London. Also present in the writings of the Theosophical Movement are special attestations from some Theosophists who herein expressed their great respect for this adept from the Himalayas who visited them, but mostly preferred to remain unnoticed by the world outside.
The Summit Lighthouse
In 1898, El Morya ascended to God. Throughout the 1920s and 1930s, ascended master El Morya worked with Nicholas and Helena Roerich who continued his teachings. In 1958, Morya called Mark Prophet to spread the teachings of the Ascended Masters in the form of Pearls of Wisdom published by the newly founded Summit Lighthouse. Along with Saint Germain and Mother Mary, he also trained Elizabeth Prophet as his messenger. In his book The Chela and the Path, the master clearly shows the way to all who wish to reach a higher level of consciousness.
