Blessed people, it is necessary to see that power is not an end in itself, but a means to an end, and that end is the liberation of the Light-bearers of a cosmos! Then let the children of Light and the sons and daughters of God mature. And let them recognize that chelas every time they have access to power, the test of the use and abuse of power is imminent. This is the test of the First Ray. Masters, Buddhas of the First Ray Buddhas whose blueness fills a universe, as their auric radiance is in absolute reverence to the Divine Mother in her First Ray powers.
You will see then, beloved ones, that when God entrusts you with a mandate of energy, he not only expects that energy back, but he expects it back multiplied by the power of ten. Make sure, therefore, that you invest power in noble purposes, that you recognize that your life flow itself has been given a power quotient for life. And the younger you are, the more certain you are that you will never lose this masculinity, this power, this momentum of being all you want.
But beloved, where God's power is squandered in any form, it is not returned to the one who has misqualified it, except as negative karma for abuse of power, which grows up in the body as old age, disease and death . But where power is used in the loving service of the Light and the Lightbearers of the world, that power returns again and again as the positive karma of right use (i.e. righteous use) - to rejuvenate life streams through the power the true Ascended Master Youth you see in the Holy Kumaras.
And that power of youth and youthfulness at every age comes from the holy fire that returns to the godly time and again because it is consecrated by them on the altar of God for the redemption of life, for the healing of life, for the sowing of the good seed of Christ doctrine and Christ consciousness. Therefore, the properly used power multiplies and returns to the sender and multiplies and returns to the sender again and again every time the sender uses it for the glory of the Lord in the service of His people on earth.
Know, beloveds, that one of the most important qualities of your bodhisattvaship is the quality of energy and strength and power in the body itself. And that coiled energy source enables you to control the desire body, control the mind in the service of the King, and control the vast memory as the repository of God's magnificent power
