Afra

The first ascended master of Africa. Afra is the patron saint of Africa and of the black race. Long ago, he dedicated "name and fame" to sponsoring a vast continent and a powerful people. When Afra made his ascension, he asked to be called simply "brother" or "brother. And so brother became the name Afra. The black race was originally part of a race known as the blue and violet race. Their skin color had either a blue or a violet hue. Those souls lived in a spiritually advanced civilization on the continent of Africa. Each nation is called by God to fulfill a special virtue or destiny.

Divine Freedom
Members of what is now known as the black race were sent to earth to gain mastery over the attributes of God's power, will and trust (on the blue ray) and the attributes of divine freedom, justice and mercy (on the violet ray). Afra lived 500,000 years ago, when the people of this ancient civilization had reached a fork in the road. Alien creatures and fallen angels who had invaded planet earth were causing division among the people. Now this may sound like science fiction but the truth is often stranger than fiction. These evil angels went to work destroying the blue and violet races. They distorted the once sacred rituals and art of these people. This opened the door to witchcraft, voodoo and black magic.

As a result, the people became hateful, superstitious and sought to gain power. As the people turned their attention away from their Divine Presence, they became increasingly vulnerable to the "divide and conquer" tactics of the fallen angels. The nation was also increasingly divided by warring and mutinous tribes.

Slaves
The people lost the inner spiritual battle between the forces of Light and darkness. And their schism, both inner and outer, caused them to become slaves to the aliens. Seeing the difficulties of his people, Afra incarnated among them in order to save them. First, he focused attention on the one missing trait that he thought constituted the Achilles' heel of his people. He showed that that Achilles heel consisted of their lack of brotherhood. In fact, they were following the example of Cain rather than that of Abel. When the Lord asked the people of Afra if they would give their lives for their brothers and friends, their response was the same as that of Cain: "Am I my brother's keeper?

You will recall that the Lord looked down benevolently on Abel and his sacrifice. But with disdain on Cain and his sacrifice.

As it says in Genesis:

Cain became very wrathful and his countenance became involved. And the Lord said to Cain, "Why art thou angry and why is thy countenance involved? May thou not lift it up if thou doest well but if thou doest not do well sin lies at the door like an assailant.'

And Cain spoke to Abel his brother, "Let us go into the field. Now when they were in the field, Cain rose up against his brother Abel and killed him. Then the Lord said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?" and he said, "I do not know; am I my brother's keeper?

The one who says "no" to that question is devoted to his own ego and will never be his brother's keeper. And gradually the divine Spark within him - the Triple Flame - will extinguish. Afra knew that many of his people had lost their Triple Flame, just as many blacks and whites are losing it today due to anger. He also knew that to regain that Flame, they had to follow a path of brotherhood. They had to take care of each other. The only way that could teach them to be a brother to all was for him, Afra, to be a brother to all himself. And for this he was crucified by his own people. He was the Christ in their midst, but they did not know Him. They were blinded by their lust for power.
