The name of Archangel Uriel means Fire of God or God is my Light . He is mentioned in some Judeo-Christian books. In the apocryphal text of the second book of Esdras for example, he is known as the Archangel of Redemption. Uriel and his twin soul Aurora serve on the purple-gold ray, the sixth ray, and they teach people to gain mastery over the solar plexus chakra (the solar plexus). This ray is the ray of service, peace, brotherhood, resurrection, and divine judgment of all that belongs to evil. The purple-gold ray is "speckled" with the ruby red that adds the intense action of divine love. This brings forth in everyone's own Christ-consciousness the desire for self-mastery, to be of service to God and man through it.
Uriel and Aurora bring vibrations of peace and brotherhood wherever they are called,. When it is necessary to clear up discord or blossom brotherhood between people, they want to help. Wielding the scepter of judgment based on discernment from the light of this ray, Uriel and Aurora separate the true from the untrue and their angels bind all that is not of the light in people and in the world.
To achieve our purpose in this life, Archangel Uriel taught us that through the following fiat (= powerful affirmation) we can affirm that God is one with our true Self: Peace, be still and know that I AM GOD! This fiat can bring the light of the Archangels of the sixth ray into your world in a powerful way. It helps you on your way to overcome anything that is of a lower vibration than the Christ Consciousness within yourself.
